The module, designed and built to meet the needs of the Public Administration, allows to manage compliance with the requirements and to govern the organizational processes and to govern the organizational and communication processes. In particular, it manages the aspects relating to the Corruption Prevention Process pursuant to Law 190/2012 and is constantly updated based on the most recent ANAC guidelines. Furthermore, Opentech offers the support of expert staff for the implementation of the corruption prevention process and the preparation of annual plans.
