GO Reclami supports the management of the complaint life cycle, monitoring and reporting. GO Complaints allows you to manage Complaints in line with the provisions of the most recent Bank of Italy, Consob and Isvap directives. It also allows the management of the treatment process indicated by the Complaints Treatment Guidelines (ISO 10002).
