The helpdesk service

Opentech personally provides support and assistance services to its customers. A channel dedicated to these services has been active for several years and the ticketing system adopted keeps track of the entire life cycle of the reports received. The service is available in Italian and English and the SLAs are present in the general supply conditions.

IT security to protect customers

Opentech, as a software manufacturer and SAAS service provider, has always cared about the safety of its customers.
