A study day to present a detailed and complete picture of the subject. For the participants they will be available operational tools and practical indications to update one's professional skills.
The seminar intends to deepen the role, actions and new challenges of the compliance function. Particular attention will be given to the operational aspects, including the program of activities and the annual report.
Ample space will be reserved for the testimonies of leading national and international companies on their compliance systems.
They will speak as speakers of the event Augustine Charter, Senior Account of #Opentech, and Maurice Rubini, Compliance and Corporate Governance Expert.
The training seminar is aimed at professionals (lawyers and consultants), Compliance Officers, Heads of the Legal Service, Internal Auditors, members of the SB and Board of Statutory Auditors of companies, banks and insurance companies.
The initiative, organized by Paradigm Srl, is held on 11 and 12 November in Milan and will be available via video conference.
