The event “ will be held on 22 and 23 November 2023The compliance function” announced by Paradigma during which Opentech will participate thanks to the Dr. Agostino Carta with a training intervention entitled "Digital transformation tools to support the compliance function” focused on the importance of having software for the typical activities of the compliance function.
The seminar aims to explore in detail, also through the analysis of successful experiences, the role, activities and emerging challenges of the compliance function, paying particular attention to practical aspects, such as the program of activities and the annual report.
During the study session, issues related to the integration of the compliance function within the company structure, the relationships with the other protagonists of the internal control system, as well as transversally to planning, programming and reporting activities will be examined, with a specific focus on the compliance relationship. This will come through interactive workshops and testimonials from leading companies, both national and international, regarding their compliance systems.
